“Who has the best parlay-card payouts in Vegas? This year Lucky’s is making a big ad push claiming that it’s the “best on the Strip.” We checked and they’re all that and more. We looked at almost every other card in town—including the off-Strip shops—and Lucky’s payouts were highest, or tied for highest, in every category from 3-teamers at 6.75-for-1 to 10-teamers at 850-for-1.”
