"Beat Jimmy Bonus Contest" - Win the jackpot and you may face off against Jimmy Vaccaro the following week for a $1,000 bonus prize!

1.    The Lucky’s “Pro Football Progressive” Contest is a pool. The pool consists of 16 Pro Football games played on Sunday and Monday night each week (Saturday, Sunday and Monday in Week 16). In the event there are not 16 Sunday/Monday night games, totals will be included on selected games to bring the total number of propositions to 16.
2.    The minimum pool is $10,000. A wager on the “Pro Football Progressive” is $5. All payoffs are based on a $5 wager.
3.    The player must select all 16 winning propositions to win the “Pro Football Progressive” primary jackpot.
4.    In the event of a tie game, both teams are considered winners. In the event of “No Action” on a game for any reason as determined by Lucky’s Sports Book House Rules, the pool is reduced accordingly and the player must have the winning teams selected correctly in all remaining games.
5.    Multiple winners with 16 correct picks will divide the Progressive primary jackpot equally.
6.    The winner of the Primary Jackpot will also get to compete the next week against Jimmy Vaccaro in a special $1,000 “Beat Jimmy Bonus Contest.” Only one winner can compete in the “Beat Jimmy Bonus Contest.”  In the event of multiple jackpot winners, the tiebreaker for entry into the “Beat Jimmy Bonus Contest” will be the Player with the computer contest ticket submitted with the earliest time-date.
7.     If the “Pro Football Progressive” jackpot is not won for the week, 70% of all cash wagered during the week will be added to the primary jackpot the following week.
8.    The remaining 30% of all cash wagered on the “Pro Football Progressive” during the week will be added to the secondary jackpot. Whenever a player has a perfect ticket and the primary jackpot is paid, the following week the secondary jackpot becomes the primary jackpot. Lucky’s guarantees that the beginning primary jackpot will be a minimum of $10,000.
9.    The value of free promotional entries is not added to either primary or the secondary jackpot.
10.    If the “Pro Football Progressive” jackpot is not won on the final day of the regular season (Week 17) it will be carried over to the first round of the pro football playoffs where there will be four (4) sides and four (4) totals in the pool. If the Progressive is not won during the first round of the playoffs, it will be carried over to the second round where there will be four (4) sides and four (4) totals in the pool. If it is not won during the second round, it will be carried over to the third round where there will be two (2) sides and two (2) totals in the pool. There will be no “Beat Jimmy Bonus Contest” in the playoffs.
11.    Lucky’s Sports Book House Wagering Rules apply to the “Pro Football Progressive” where applicable.
12.    Lucky’s, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to distribute free promotional entries into the contest.
13.    All tickets must be in by the start of the earliest game applying to the “Pro Football Progressive.”
14.    Payoffs will be made based on the printed wagering ticket produced from the stub portion of the card. This card is not valid for payment.
15.    Winning tickets will be paid starting at 1:00 p.m. on the following Wednesday.
16.    This card is solely for the use of Lucky’s Sports Books and is not valid for any other use. Cards must be submitted to one of the above locations. Lucky’s employs no agents.
17.    All players must be 21 years of age or older.
18.    Winning tickets are void after 120 days.
19.    Winning tickets may be mailed in for redemption. Please see reverse side of your ticket.
20.    Lucky’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, altered or unreadable tickets.
21.    All winnings are subject to Federal tax withholding regulations.
22.    Lucky’s reserves the right to cancel the “Pro Football Progressive” pool after the jackpot has been won.

1.    The “Beat Jimmy” Bonus Contest is open to a single Contestant winning the jackpot in the previous week’s Progressive Carryover Football Contest, after the tiebreaker. The contest involves selecting five (5) Pro Football games against the point spread.  Selections will be made on Thursdays at a time designated by Lucky’s. Contestants may select Thursday, Saturday or Sunday games.
2.    Lucky’s Jimmy Vaccaro will select five (5) Pro Football games and the selections will be publicly posted every Thursday at all Lucky’s Race & Sports Books.
3.    If the Contestant selects more winners than Jimmy Vaccaro, he or she will win $1,000 cash. If the Contestant selects the same amount of winners as Jimmy Vaccaro, a consolation prize of $500 will be awarded.
4.    If requested by Lucky’s, the “Beat Jimmy Bonus Contest” contestant agrees to appear on the radio up to two times per week to make his or her contest picks.
5.    Lucky’s Sports Book House Rules apply to this contest as applicable.
